Review & revise content before communicate on all Shopee official channels mentioned aboveReview Landing Page / Microsite / T&C / Transify / Policy / Seller Education Hub articles to increase user engagement, reduce churn, and enhance user loyaltyMake sure all communication content is clear, easy to understand to bring the best user experience, prevent crisis (if any) with short, clear & strong contentProactively raise concerns / suggestions when review content for related teams to have the best communication solutionProactively coordinate & follow with all related teams to get explanation & understand the working flow before reviewOther tasks assigned by line-manager
At least a Bachelor degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, PR or related fieldAt least 1 year of experience in marketing and communications in the e-commerce industry preferred.
Experience working with content agencies is a plusExcellent written and verbal skills in both native and English languages to coordinate with stakeholders from across the regionCritical thinking skill with the ability to exercise good judgment and provide effective solutionsCan work under pressure & quickly adapt when new things comeBe extremely careful and detail-orientedAbility to plan, coordinate and prioritise work effectivelyProficient in Microsoft Office.
Knowledge of design software such as Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator is a plus
