MAJOR TASKS, RESPONSIBILITIES, AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Global sourcing from multiple media, websites, trade shows for new suppliers / new products.
Priority the task on hand and can set up timeline and execute
Keep tracking and understand market technique trend
Deep dive on products and understand cost structure
Mapping and ranking supplier in logic to support business decision, able to create and refresh supplier landscape
Can lead the key communication related with business with suppliers and develop partner relationship with key vendors
Business acumen, can identify the business opportunities, provide suggestion to drive the business
Can handle crisis case properly with strong communication skills and be solution provider
Be captain of project, lead and coordinate with SQE team, package, logistic department for key project development
Filing / maintaining the business documents
Source, evaluate, develop and grow suppliers / manufacturers relationship within product category.
Identify business opportunity to drive cost competitiveness and margin improvement.
Organize comparison sheets and additional supporting documentation to provide a comprehensive analysis on product specifications and cost to assist decision makers (Product Development Merchants).
Provide coaching to suppliers during the on boarding process to ensure compliance and documents collection : SSK, SBA, RTV, NDA, Financial and Legal certifications, etc.
Prepare and administer completion of vendor profile, FCQA and factory visit reports.
Assist in the arrangement of trip itineraries and the arrangement of accommodations including hotel booking and transportation.
Coach new suppliers on boarding process.

BS or above in Business Management or related field with 5 years of working experience preferred
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & Competencies
At least 5 years’ experience into sourcing for leading retailers
Self-motivated and able to work under pressure in a dynamic business environment;
Good negotiation skills and strong interpersonal and communication skills with professionalism
Strong problem solving and excellent organizational and project management skills, able to work well with cross-functional teams
Fluent in both verbal and written English, willing to travel regularly
Knowledge and experience of global sourcing, international trading, manufacturing and engineering design of Electronics devices is preferred;
Computer literacy including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project;
Strong sense of logic, analytical skill
Strong time management skills
