KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Product performance monitoring :

Collect and interpret data in order to generate reports as requested

Track and prepare reports of operational execution in line with defined objectives / strategies;

Develop and maintain standardized dashboards and other related metrics reports with Power BI

Daily / weekly / monthly report monitoring and alert business owner for any un-expected cases or abnormal performance Insight analysis for business development and business decision

Work directly with senior management and product teams to direct / design new business initiatives / products

Insight analysis for business development and business decision

Participant and conduct analysis for any business decision or business initiation. Develop / update business cases and data analysis to identify and evaluate levers for business performance;

Support Business Head and team in developing business strategies, inclusive of long-term objectives, key risk management

Performance planning

Along with product managers to conduct business budgeting, forecasting, and planning for business cases

Initiatives proposal

Propose improvement initiatives, if any

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Preferable 3 years of working experience candidate (at least) with 2-year-of experience deeply in financial analysis, business process and operational performance improvement analysis, business planning and forecasting;

Strong knowledge of SQL and database

Excellence in Microsoft Office (Excel, PPT, Power PI )

Ability to perform analysis and synthesize data into useful insights;

Proactive; detail-oriented and results-driven with a hands-on / can-do mentality;

Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments.

Solid social ability and communication skills

Good communication and presentations skills in both English and Vietnamese
