JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Keep up to date with the local market and work with F&B manager with devise new promotions for business and beverage improvements.
  • Ensure the correct standard for beverages and service is being followed.
  • Inspect and follow the hotel regulations and government policy
  • Keep training up to date with bartenders and servers and follow the hotel procedures.
  • Participate in the staff interview, evaluation, reward, warning or promote staff to F&B Management.
  • Perform the required reports as directed by F&B manager.
  • Manage the beverage cost, staffing, follow the correct accounting procedure and revenue reporting.
  • Share operation information to F&B leaders, maintain good relationship with colleages in F&B department and other departments in hotel.
  • Develop relationship with guests and suppliers in professional manner.
  • Approve and send the purchase request to F&B Manager.
  • Complete other requirements as directed from General Manager and F&B Manager.
  • JOB REQUIREMENT

  • Working hour : 8 hours
  • English : Good communication skills
  • Probation period : 2 months
  • Qualification : Degree or certificate in Hospitality Management
  • Greate customer service.
