5+ years’ experience recruiting for IT roles (e.g. Software Engineers, QAs, UI / UX, etc.)

Proficiency with the English language (both verbally and written)

A proven track record of hiring

Experience developing recruitment strategies and processes

Strong interpersonal teams and the ability to work both independently and on a team
