Job Description

  • Plan and achieve marketing goals (KPIs) including profitability and sales targets for the existing brands / portfolio (monthly) through regular monitoring of the market and brand trends, planning the short and long terms strategies and driving initiatives to support the brands.
  • Development of promotional materials (digital and hard copy) based on competitive advantages and strategy for different types of promotions (digital & F2F) based on strategy and market needs;
  • as well as complying with local policies.

  • Collaborate with the cross functional team to ensure continuity of support for the business team (Scientific, medical, technical, Retail and commercial team)
  • Competitive intelligence - Monitor, analyze, and evaluate market trends, consumer behavior and competitor activity to identify market opportunities.
  • Align and adjust the marketing strategy for the portfolio and plan to meet changing markets and competitive conditions.

  • Project Management Identify and drive critical project which are critical for the portfolio to ensure sustained support for continuity on brand and portfolio support
  • Planning of brand / disease initiatives to support brand advocacy for the portfolio. Ensure program implementation for existing brands and monitor implementation for achieving of the pre-defined KPIs
  • Envision and develop an yearly brand plan for the products to support the team with strategic roadmap for the portfolio.
  • Support the sales team with product training (New Recruits) and aid in enhancing the capability of the team for brand centricity.
  • Take product workshop during periodic briefings (Plan of Action) meetings for internal team members

  • Build business cases and seek approval from key stakeholders on identified opportunities with new / existing product for re-launch, tender readiness (hospitals sector) and support retail planning and execution
  • Conduct ongoing business and brand review for the portfolio (Core Product responsibility)
  • Strengthening Product Portfolio-To introduce key products to strengthen product portfolio and therapy mix
  • Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in strategic marketing
  • Prior experience on below pointers will be an added advantage
  • Prior Sales Experience
  • Prior Launch experience
  • Digital Literacy
  • Prior experience in managing innovator product
