Job Description :

Collaborate with other core operations teams across the company to identify and meet all inter-hub movement requirements.

Manage a big team of 3 - 5 coordinators.

Proper execution of network plan to ensure timely delivery of all parcels and shipments in the network.

Maintain a standard of operational excellence within the organization.

Collaborate with Senior Management to understand operational requirements and create strategic operational plans.

Monitor and optimize middle-mile costs to hit budget targets.

Requirements :

Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, or equivalent work experience

2+ years experience in the logistics sector - preferably with a strong people-management or warehouse operations background

Strong leadership skills

Strong communication skills are necessary to building working relationships and positively influence decision making

Willing to work at Long Bien SOC.
