Build up business development strategy based on company business strategy :
Understand strong point of our service and company''s Business Development target and build up sales business strategy and decide which sales part, sales activities to focus on.
Expand business scale with Key Account, seek for new business, new customers to contribute to achieve yearly budget of revenue.
Evaluate sales performance through sales revenue of sales staffs and make propose improvement.
Analysis regularly customer''s P / L and keep improvement plan.
Market research / Sale plan / marketing tools / tender progress & result.
Gather market intelligent information.
Set up concrete sales plan to achieve target.
Customer management :
Make regular visit and call to the customer, seek customer demand, hear customer opinion and request.
Make sales call for existing and potential customer. Maintain fruitful relationships with customers.
Verify and supervise staffs to update customer profile properly.
Cost management :
Maximize revenue by selling rate management. Manage outstanding account.
Implement cost combat action plan as set and report to management timely.
Process & KPI system build up :
Review and propose to adjust current sales process to improve and more efficiently.
Propose sales process (quotation approval matrix, Contract management, Sale Handling Instructions )
Follow the appropriate report line for upper level to check and confirm (P / L calculation, quotation and irregular issue etc )
Understand new project and lead cross function teams to make it succeed

Bachelor of Business Administration / Economic / Foreign Trade or Marketing / Sea Transport Economic or other related
3 - 4 years of working experience in business development / economic in logistics fields
