Senior Sales Manager Sea Logisitcs will manage field sales team in the South and be directing + optimizing your local customer care team (CCL) to to continuously provide customer excellence and sustainable growth across your scope of responsibility.
Utilizing your strong forwarding + market knowledge, you will also drive service improvement activities, to ensure customer satisfaction with our products, services and features.
Your tasks and responsibilities
Sales development :
To establish sales strategies & actions plan to win new client to achieve team’s ambitious Growth
To increase revenue through proactive acquisition of customers and retention.
To track sales goals and report results as necessary.
To ensure that all sales team members are efficiently and smartly managing their respective responsibilities.
To lead and develope a strong sales team to provide the utmost level of business development and client service
Customer Exellence :
To drive customer engagement, satisfaction, retention +reactivationin close cooperation with Field Sales and the Operational Care Center (OCC) to establish + strengthen operational relations with customers.
To provide, document and follow-up on quotations for existing business in line with the pricing strategy.
To ensure complete + correct customer contact data, service data and changes in KN systems while ensuring a best-in-class onboarding + then setting up + consistently providing customer reporting.
To consistently perform shipment qualification in line with working instructions to ensure full + complete handovers to the OCC to optimize the customer experience.
To collaborate with Finance to adjust credit limits based on daily business development + coordinate measures in case of challenges.
To drive continuous improvement of processes + controls to improve service levels and efficiency.
To document, analyze + resolve complaints, identify root causes + find sustainable solutions with the OCC.
To ensure delivery against all financial targets + strategic objectives
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Bachelor Degree in Economics, Import / Export, Logistics, or related fields
At least 10 years working in Sea Logistics with 05 years at similar level;
Experienced in Sales at Freight Forwarding / Shipping lines with a successful track record is a plus
Excellent communication and influencing / negotiation skill;
Build up relationship internal and external; highly organized with the ability to wear multiple hats in a fast moving environment and drive performance and build differentiators.
Solid experiences of sea freight / logistics market and import-export regulations ;
Customer Management, stakeholder management (relationship build-up / complaint handling / constructive challenge and support) and ability of managing multiple tasks under time pressure with positive attitude
