Responsibilities & Accountabilities
Serves as the primary contact and client liaison for commercial partner management (including sales & marketing service, PSP service partners / vendors), whether it is an IT solution or a business process outsourced solution.
Strategically focused and responsible for client satisfaction, maintaining client communication, and the overall management of the client relationship.
Responsible for contract management and execution with the customer and internal stakeholders. Provides on-going feedback so the organization can use any learnings from the customer and turn them into program design enhancements that will bolster the strength of our solutions and ultimately increase their overall market adoption.
Accountable for Strategic Partnerships with commercial partners / agencies and ensure an effective, high performing & professional working relationship.
Manage contracts and agreements to ensure adherence to aligned outcomes / KPI.
Facilitate monthly strategic business meetings with external partners and internal team members on relevant topics.
Collaborate on pricing strategies for designated markets including tender management where applicable.
Oversight on the development and maintenance of stakeholder maps (i.e. healthcare ecosystem key influencers and decision makers).
Co-create outcomes with SMEs / PPOCs, affiliate stakeholders and customers for RPV promoted portfolio (especially on pricing / FPS, reimbursement, tender topics)
Proactively sharing market knowledge and relevant expertise to multiply Roche’s impact.
Continuous review of RPV performance, especially related to business partners ' performance to identify and address challenges and capitalize on business opportunities.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to continuously improving E2E processes to increase patient access to Roche innovative treatments
Collaborates and offers experience and insights to colleagues to develop business initiatives
Open to feedback and willing to lead with example, creating bridges and managing key relationships for the company
Ensure that all in-field activities are in line with relevant Vietnamese regulations, the IFPMA, local pharma code and Roche business principles and values
Be accountable for compliance to business ethics and regulations
Be responsible for all aspects of safety, health and environmental protection in the areas under control
Be responsible for reporting all available information of an adverse event within one business day of awareness

University Degree (in science) or similar
MBA will be an added advantage
5 years of experience in sales and working in a customer-facing role
Experience in managing Tenders
Have experience in marketing and / or market access is an advantage
Strong knowledge of tender law and customer / business strategy
Understanding of local healthcare and reimbursement systems /

English oral and written fluency
