We are looking for a candidate to join a multi-disciplinary team. This candidate will provide support in the management and development of our databases where large volumes of information from the Vietnamese pharmaceutical market are handled, consolidated, and administrated in relational databases from different sources.
Under guidance, the candidate will control the report generation process and provide guidance and support to internal and external data stakeholders as a specialist on specific products / services, assuring the consistency, integrity, and availability of the data, as well as being a communication channel with our clients, information providers and internal team.
Key responsibilities as a Client Service Analyst?
Take ownership of the quality of the client databases, working with internal Production and offshore Technology solution teams to ensure any requested data changes have been delivered in full and on time
Review client data requirements with the appropriate internal resource to ensure that basic product deliverables meet the customer's specifications, including timeliness and quality
Be accountable for the quality of the client reports, conducting pre-release quality control checks, investigate data changes and proactively communicate to your clients
Research, analyze and respond to client queries, based on your deep understanding of the client data and services, business use, and the relevant therapeutic / category market
May produce ad-hoc studies on demand and provide in-depth training in databases and IQVIA data-related products
Eventually, support clients with troubleshooting system access and usage
What are we looking for?
Tertiary qualification in business, marketing, statistics or similar
At least two years’ experience in a similar position, in a market research agency, pharmaceutical company or FMCG manufacturer, a major retailer or a data collection agency
Advanced knowledge on SQL server, MS Access, and MS Excel
Ability to use tools / BI platforms (i.e., Power BI) to analyze data and address client queries
High attention to detail and client focus
Solutions oriented, with a high level of initiative and self-drive
Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
Comfortable on communicate in English language (Intermediate / Advanced level)
