ABB Vietnam is seeking sales Manager for food and beverage segment who would lead marketing and sales activities and manage strategies including direct, third party and project sales.
Reporting to Senior Manager, your key areas of responsibility will include, but are not limited to :
Develop, and implement global strategies to meet country requirement for segment and manage strategic alignment.
Define target and prepare business plans to achieve targets.
Manage business intelligence by benchmarking and analyzing best processes, equipment, and automation practices.
Manage marketing and sales activities, identify and influence appropriate external bodies, develop local sales organizations.
Identify, prioritize and manage major accounts in food and beverage segment and act as account manager.
Build and maintain strong customer and stakeholder relationship.
Support negotiate complex commercial legal international agreements and manage large project contracts.
Manage reports by stander reporting tool and identify future opportunities.
With HR support manage and lead people and ensure that the team is properly organized, staffed, skilled and directed.
To be considered for this role you should have,
A university degree in engineering or business administration
Minimum 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in sales preferably in food and beverage industry.
Strong local and English communications and analytical skills.
Understanding of value proposition, global working environment.
