1.Support Digital activities-Manage and improve the performance of company website & fan page : update product information, sales & marketing campaign, corporate news -Create and optimize contents for website and social networking such as Facebook, Zalo, Instagram & YouTube- Following up dealer website performance to be in line with company direction.

2. PR activities- Update the news & activities from markets & competitors.-Brainstorm, analyze and make plan for PR communication strategy.

  • Follow up with agency for PR execution, contents development & PDCA.-Customers and competitor analysis : Update product trend, Customer feedbacks and insight in terms of brand, products, services on SNS, forum - Prepare the memorandum of lending car, delivery car to media.
  • 3.Dealer performance management-Coordinate with dealers to follow up online potential customer in CRM system.-Collaborate with Call Center to analyze online / showroom traffic and report to supervisors for countermeasure of improvement.

  • Follow up dealers to implement ad activities in line with company (ad materials, website, communication message )- Support Dealer activities in sales & marketing activities.
  • Study & advise for dealer online activities : dealer website, dealers’ online ads;+Advise direction for dealer staff on online communication to follow direction of company+Other tasks related to sales & marketing if required
