Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following :
Develop and grow business activities and pipeline from new and existing market segments and channels
Joint visits with sales team to partners / customers to support closing sales and achieving targets
Proactively collect necessary market information, manage lead generation and supply feedback to the sales team to obtain competitive advantages
Use knowledge of the market and competitors to identify and develop Danfoss’ unique selling propositions (USP) and differentiators
Prepare annual business development plans and contribute in business development strategies for relevant industrial segments to reach required business objectives
Provide training to partners / customers when necessary
Deliver weekly and monthly reports on activities and tasks
Background & Skills
The ideal candidate possesses these skills :
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience or similar fields of work Understanding of Drives and related industries such as HVAC, Water & Waste Water, F&B, Heavy Industry, and auxiliary products and solutions and solid networking with key players (consultants, M&E contractors, local distributors, manufacturers & End User) is preferable.
Ability to engineer solutions through product application Strong stakeholder management skills Fluency in Vietnamese and English with effective presentation skills This role is preferred to be based in Ho Chi Minh City
