Now we’re looking for Technical Solution Sales to bring your talent to Softline Vietnam. You’ll be a part of our Sales Department.
What you’ll do :
Pre-sales engineer that designs each solution for each Office 365 customer including hardware, software, and the services model either managed services or one-shot project.
Be accountable for the Funnel vs Pipeline ratio and the Pipeline vs Forecast ratio as well.
Must be an excellent partner of the account manager and a UC trusted advisor for AMs and end customers as well.
The main tasks will be focused on Designing, Quoting, and closing the deals along with the AM.
Strong internal pipeline management and forecast management are a must. As well as the preparation and participation in marketing activities.
Profile requirements :
Electronic Engineer or TeleCommunications Engineer with experience in Voice Networks, projects, and or services.
Experience in the presales labors, designing and positioning the correct Voice Solutions for the customer.
Proven experience in designing and selling PBX, ACDs, IVRs, Call Centers, Contact Centers, Unified Messaging, and Voice Messaging.
Field implementation experience is highly appreciated.
Must have worked in vendors like Cisco, Avaya, Siemens, or its partners at least.
Experience in managed services is highly appreciated especially in ITIL v3.0 or COBIT.
Related experience in data networking and / or video conference networks is highly desirable as well.
GOOD TO HAVE SKILLS :
Telecommunications, Telephony, Voice, Contact Center, Video Conference, Cloud in any brand like Avaya, Cisco, Siemens, Alcatel, etc will do.
Multi-brand experience even better.
Excellent presentation skills, teamwork, excellent interpersonal relationships, sales oriented.
