1. Guest Services Manager is responsible for the smooth and efficient operation of the Guest Services section to achieve results in accordance with the objectives,performance and quality standard established.
2. Guest Services Manager is supervising, directs and leads the entire team of Guest Services assigned in the lobby under the direction of the Front Office Manager closely with all senior or supervisors of the supporting Departments to ensure service provided are up to the satisfaction of the guests.
3. Guest Services Manager is responsible for the flow of arrival process especially escorting the guest to the room, maintain the relation with the entire guest especially VIP and VVIP.
4. Guest Services Manager is responsible to make the high standard level of services and give the good role model to entire team of Guest Services.
