1. Project planning :
Search and contact suppliers to source products for the project
Manage and develop a portfolio of domestic and foreign suppliers
2. Project implementation organization :
Study the bidding documents and prepare the bid
Manage and supervise the progress of contract performance, handover and product acceptance
Coordinate and support functional departments during contract implementation process
Organize product introduction events / exhibitions
3. Other revelent tasks as required (if any)
1. Compliance with the company's processes, regulations, HDCVs;
2. Comply with the terms agreed in the labor contract;
1. Operate, assign work in the group in charge;
2. Proposing plans, policies and methods to effectively implement the assigned work;

REQUIREMENTS / STANDARDS OF WORK :
Graduated University. Department of Economy / Foreign Language.
Have at least 2 years of experience
SKILL NEED :
Proficient in word, excel, powerpoint, MS project;
Skills of planning, organizing implementation Communication skills-persuasion.
Skills to synthesize, report, analyze and solve arising jobs; Skills of listening and sharing Proficient in English
Attitude / Quality : Finishing, Integrity, Teamwork, Friendly, continuous improvement.

Working Time : Morning from 8 : 30 am to 12am : Afternoon from 13 : 00 to 17 : 00 : 6 days / week.
