To assist in the achievement of budgeted room and event revenues across all market segments. Priority is to ensure that the hotel will be the leader for revenue yield in the 5 star category.
Key responsibilities :
You will be involved in preparing the hotel for a successful opening. You will pave the way for generating new business, and leverage on World of Hyatt to encourage loyal Hyatt guests to enjoy the grand life.
You will ensure that rooms revenue is within expectation, maximize revenue and profits, and drive hotel's positive performance in the marketplace.
Moving forward you will develop, implement, maximize, monitor and evaluate the hotel’s Sales Strategy to achieve and exceed forecasted revenue figures in Rooms, Events and all other revenue generating departments.
You will ensure sales activities are aligned with the corporate marketing strategy and hotel actions have been implemented where appropriate.
You will be review sales files and systems to ensure correct booking procedures, including group room and meeting programme history, contractual agreements, room block analysis, credit and payment documents.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Hospitality or Tourism management
2 years experience as Sales Manager in a 5 star luxury property.
Has a well established network of local and international accounts
