Tier-2 technical support for mobile application, web application and back-end micro services

Identify & resolve technical issues and escalate to Tier-3 technical support with clear detail information

Follow through all pending issues until completely resolved

Provide weekly report on issues & analyze technical frequent issues to provide suggestion plan

Provide technical support flow to work with Customer Support & other departments

Monitor system status (Testing, Staging & Production) using different technical tools


At least 2 year experience in IT support

Great problem-solving skills

Good interpersonal skills, ability to listen / understand / work with others

Detail oriented, well organized, multi-tasking

AWS knowledge is a plus

Mobile application support knowledge is a plus


Working in a professional, dynamic environment

Salary agreement according to capacity
