Your main responsibilities will be to maintain and support the IT Ops ticket system, including Network, Telephony, and Messaging.
Working cross-department (Database, System, Telephony, Messaging), you will have the chance to develop your skills with the latest technology and working with our automation process within ITOPS department (Azure, Palo Alto, Meraki, AWX ansible...)
Be dedicated to IT Operations
Be fully integrated into the domain / service team and participate in weekly meetings to get updates
Communicate regularly with users / technical team
Ensure the support lvl2 of the IT Operations department and help Administrator to deploy new configurations on the infrastructure
Support and maintain ITOPS ticket system
Support and maintain Network infrastructure
Our ideal candidate
Experience in Network maintenance, Network support or similar positions; Network, system, telephony, and messaging support
Nice to have : Palo Alto, AWX Ansible
You have a Bachelor’s Degree in Information System / Information Technology / Networking or any similar field
You have good communication skills, are customer-focused, and can work under pressure
Fluency in English (French or any other language would be an added value)
Teamwork and knowledge sharing
Analytical and Problem solving; Proactivity; Adaptability (work in a continuously changing environment)
Self-driven and motivated to learn
