Job Responsibilities

  • Providing HR Operations and Services delivery;
  • Collaborating with TA, HRBP and related internal teams to ensure the on-boarding process for new hired staff is conducted smoothly;
  • Managing database of all staff (including data in excel, HR systems, E-leave system, hard copies employee profiles, e-profiles, ) to ensure that all staff information is recorded correctly and filed carefully;
  • Improving process & procedures, making recommendation to enhance productivity and simplification;
  • Managing labour contract of all staff to ensure complying with the labour laws;
  • Cooperating with External HR Services vendor for all HR services related to payroll / social insurance / health insurance / unemployment insurance / PIT / Labour reports / Labour laws updates to ensure that all HR operations and services can be delivered to staff in an effective manner.
  • Cooperating with External Expat services vendors to ensure that work permit, temporary resident card, visa, housing, are proceeded on time.
  • Preparing employee’s related reports to relevant parties to ensure all data requests are provided on time, carefully.
  • Assisting with all employee’s queries to ensure employees’ satisfaction.
  • Managing off-boarding process to ensure that all leavers are guided carefully, and all related actions from related parties are performed timely and in line with the labour laws.
  • Participating in various HR projects as assigned by line manager.
  • Job Requirements

  • BSc / BA in business administration or relevant fields;
  • At least 03 years of working experience in the same roles;
  • Good interpersonal skills and clear communication;
  • Accountable, trustworthy, and detail-oriented;
  • Ability to communicate in English;
  • Proficient in MS Office;
  • Having experience in companies with size from 500 employees is preferable.
