What You'll Do

You will initially help generate and nurture leads for the Founder and CEO who is doing most of the sales. As the company grows we will build out the sales team and you will build a BDR team to serve the sales team with enough leads to keep their schedules packed.

Your tasks will include :

Define target segments and target key stakeholders together with marketing and sales directors

Explore lead generation tactics such as cold outreach (call, email, Zalo), customer / contact generated introductions, events, lead generation partnerships and more

Continuously learn about company products and brands to be a credible product and brand ambassador

Chat, call and email to determine if leads are sales qualified or need more nurturing

Nurture high potential but immature leads until they mature for handover to Sales Executives

Hand over sales qualified leads to Sales Executives

Close small size sales qualified leads that don’t need handover

Deliver a continuously increasing number of sales qualified leads to the sales team

Implement processes for the most successful lead generation and lead nurturing tactics

Constantly network to build long term relationships with potential prospects and introducers

Recruit and train a team of BDR managers

Define and improve BDR incentive plans

Coach and motivate BDRs and managers to exceed goals

What We Require

At least 02 year(s) of working experience in the related field.

You must have deep experience working with large organizations such as Unilever, Pepsi, Coca-Cola, Procter & Gamble and others, as well as a thorough understanding of the complexity of large-scale decision-making.

Priority to those who have working experience in Business Development roles at private hospitals.

You are a natural networker that already has a decent professional network, you love connecting with people and introducing people to others

You are willing to be creative in your outreach to assess and develop best practices

You are result-oriented and have a no-excuse approach

We do not care about your level of education as long as you are great at what you do.

Salary : Negotiation
