    We are currently looking for a Executive, Programmatic to join us.

  • Measures of success :

    In three months :

  • You will have solid comprehension of your campaign pipeline and task status
  • You will have foundational knowledge of Mediacom’s planning tools and processes.
  • Started execution and optimization of digital campaigns on a daily basis
  • Take charge of assigned brands’ digital execution across channels
  • Expertise in reporting and invoicing processes
  • In six months :

  • You will be confident execution plans using platform based tools, analytics dashboards
  • Be an expert in optimizing digital campaigns across channels to deliver KPIs
  • You will have set up a data driven performance plan framework for your clients, to increase their campaigns effectiveness.
  • In 12 months :

  • You will be a trusted member of the team and autonomously taken the lead on managing digital planning and buying.
  • Responsibilities of the role :

  • Manage a portfolio of clients, taking responsibility for implementation, troubleshooting, optimisation, and reporting in a timely and accurate manner
  • Consistently achieve desired outcomes for clients across all programmatic products, demonstrating proactivity to find solutions to challenges as they arise
  • Effectively balance the delivery of pacing, performance, and publisher spends across all campaigns, communicating quickly should any barriers arise that may prevent this
  • Works with Digital vendors to stay abreast of new innovations, to keep an eye out of fresh and strategic test opportunities across brands.
  • Work collaboratively with Media Planners in developing strategies and objectives for brands on digital as well as other platforms, as well as refining existing principles and practices with the use of data pulled from existing campaigns.
  • Demonstrate good understanding of your clients, agencies, and MediaCom, including functions, processes, teams
  • Clearly articulate the GroupM programmatic proposition, highlighting client advantages across trading, technology, brand safety, performance, and data
  • Deliver ongoing management of client budgets and daily spend levels, constantly monitoring and mitigating risk to deliver success
  • Support the managers in preparing brief responses and proposals for new opportunities
  • Ensure 100% accuracy within all systems when managing financial information including, but not limited to, reporting, Booking tools, reconciliations, and forecasts
  • Join us if you have :

  • 2+ years media agency / digital experience
  • 1+ year experience in working with biddable media platform (Facebook, DV360, The Trade Desk, AppNexus, Google Ads) or digital advertising
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint
  • Intermediate to advanced analytical skills specifically to performance and data metrics
  • Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work with and manage cross-functional teams
  • Excellent English is written and oral communication skills combined with outstanding presentation skills
  • Eager to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work multitasking under high pressure.
