Mô Tả Công Việc

  • Build, develop, implement, communicate and administer total rewards strategies, including, compensation (base pay, STI, SIP, LTI, ESOP, allowances ), health and wellness dimensions, mobility, engagement and other work experience programs, that are cost effective and consistent with labor market trends, business context and organizational objectives.
  • Partner with HRBP, HRSS and COEs team to develop, execute and communicate TR programs and review cycles.
  • Perform modeling of various total rewards (incentives, rewards, merit, variable pay...) programs and ensure alignment with culture, strategy, operational imperatives, compensation and performance management philosophies.
  • Oversee the C&B administration process, including the planning and implementation of compensation and promotion cycles, short / long term incentives and benefits.
  • Monitor compensation, benefits and legislative trends in the market and make sure the total rewards programs of the company are designed to attract / retain HIPOs and talents.
  • Develop and analyze related metrics and dashboards, and leverage data to draw insights and make solid decisions and recommendations.
  • Hire, supervise and coach total rewards team through effective coaching and performance management.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies for total rewards programs.
  • Perform other duties, as required.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources, Finance or equivalent professional experience. SHRM, SPHR certification is a plus.
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience as HRBP, C&B, HR Operations or Analytics with minimum 5 years managing Total Rewards programs and strategy for a MNC or large local company.
  • Proven experience designing, defining, and implementing compensation and benefits philosophies. Experience with complex incentive designs across short term, long-term, sales and executive incentives and in a variety of industries.
  • Familiar and expert with Mercer’s job grading, evaluation methodology
  • Expert proficiency with Microsoft Excel, and other Microsoft Office products, and HR systems.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Excellent business acumen, strong executive presence, and proven ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • High level of integrity and the demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information in a professional manner.
  • Advanced problem solving, process improvement and change management skills with the ability to think strategically, analytically, and creatively.
