Job Purpose
We are looking for talent that shares these values and join our GRADUATE ENGINEERING TRAINEE (GET) Program - an intensive 18-month rotational on job experience program, in-depth exposure to our operations and relevant experiences right from the start, designed to fast track the careers of the brightest, most driven university graduates.
Key Accountabilities
This program aims to develop fresh Engineers and get them ready for the middle manager positions in Manufacturing.
Intensive 18-month entry-level program spanning six-month function-specific project in one of the businesses.
Combines on-job training, job assignments, projects and classroom induction / training to equip with relevant skills.
Mentoring by senior professionals during the projects
Develops best-in-industry future leaders
Gets connected with all GET trainees across global and stakeholders within Global GET community
Key Activities
Project Engineer : Contribute to the successful execution of the projects by delivering technical expertise and project management capabilities
Process Engineer : Monitor & improve processes in order to maintain or enhance Quality, Health, Safety, Security Environment, Service & Cost level.
Other positions at Quality Assurance dept., Engineering dept, etc.
Experience
Proficiency in English
Clear career interested in Manufacturing and Engineering
Exhibit high initiative & Leadership in student organizations / extracurricular activities
Showing excellent personal quality in continuous learning, analytical thinking, teamwork & achievement orientation; bright & creative minds & up for challenges
Geographical mobility- possible to travel across countries and provinces in Vietnam

Education
Fresh Graduate (Bachelor / Master) or Graduates with maximum One Year full-time working experience
All engineer backgrounds (chemical, materials, automation, industrial, electrical, mechanical, aeronautical, etc.)
