Roles & Responsibility
Support Business manager to achieve sales target and make a short term and long term business plan for responsible customers / projects
Coordinate the company resource for project implement , and secure the project can be executed as plan
Collect the customers’ needs and market trend , submit the report about the project development of the responsible platform
Working together with other team members included technical , products management and launching team to get products commercialization plan , so that the product can be applied in proper condition
Develop the new customers in his business tolerance from both applicators and OEMs level, promote the competitive solution to the market , have the new business growth matched with the position of the market ,segment and platform
Maintain the business / relationship with existing customers & manage to expand the business by promoting new products, getting more business share.
Lead the investigation and reporting of customer line product complaints and claim handling, get related resource to do analysis and present in a proper way, minimize the impact to our business.
This involves independently calling upon customers to determine scope of problem for either on the spot or follow-up laboratory resolution
Provided the professional technical support to the customers by coordinating the lab resourcing & QC & launching team, and make sure that our products / solution can fulfill the spec.
Coordinate and support introduction trials of new and modified technology at customer plants to ensure they meet expectations
Provided yearly and monthly sales forecast to his management and understand the business status, also provided rolling forecast to planning team for RM prepared, and have regular meeting with production team on the new product launching plan, also work together with CS team on delivery plan.
Comply with Company & statutory E&HS regulations & quality systems.

Team leader or Supervisor
Minimum education level :
Degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or equivalent
Minimum 5 years working experience in EM business.
Effective problem solving and communication skills are required
Language : Fluency in Chinese both Verbal & written.
