Job Description
1. Product Development & Implementation
Control Prints and other technical documentation
Create and ensure accurate BOM in SAP
Coordinate and control Engineering Change (ECN) implementation
Ensure correct pilot build up (first piece)
Evaluate and perform engineering judgement for Engineering Permit
Define the validation plan as customer requirement
Maintain and grow customer relations
Train technicians
Provide design leadership to ensure that all customer deliverables are met, while assuring accuracy and completeness of all design output
2. Lead, Coordinate & Support on QVC actvities
Design for cost reduction
Design for manufacturing
Propose VAVE ideas to customer design house and follow up till approved
Support component localization
Support supplier optimization
3. Support New Business Quotation
Prepare related design document to support new project quotation
Work with other department to react on each new project needs and related cost to support new project quotations.
Support RFQ and customers presentations
Job Requirements
Required Number : 2
Year Experience : 5 Years
Minimum Career Level : Experienced
Minimum Education Level : Bachelor Degree
Job Skills : - Bachelor Degree in Engineering, preferably in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering from a reputable university
At least 5 year experiences in automotive industry, especially automotive electrical system and wiring harness design.
Excellent in computer and engineering development applications
Excellent communication skill - fluent in English both oral and written
Strong sense of responsibility and discipline.
Having a good personality, leadership and interpersonal skills
Excellent in problem solving skills
