Provide high quality administrative and clerical assistance to Senior Leader.
Provide administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner.
With a primary responsibility of supporting Senior Leader as directed to ensure company goals and objectives accomplished and operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Manage communication between upper management and employees, liaising with internal and external executives on various projects and tasks.
Major Tasks :
Manage, coordinate, and arrange professional and personal scheduling for Senior Leader, including agendas, travel arrangements, client management, transportation, and other company logistics as well as management of content and flow of information to SeniorLeader.
Perform administrative and office support to Senior Leader, such as managing the senior leader office floor & build PowerPoint slides, meeting minutes, and maintenance of contact database.
Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials, and exercise discretion when interfacing with the business.
Organize the communications and plan events, both internally and externally requested by Senior Leader.
Manage a variety of duties while serving as the point of contact between Senior Leader and employees.
At least 3-year working experience with performing administrative duties and providing support to management level positions.
Report directly to senior management with proven experience as an executive administrative assistant, senior executive assistant or experiences dealing with multi-
nationality senior management team with multi-tasking skills will be a plus.
Handling Senior Leader's requests and queries appropriately.
Undertaking the tasks of receiving calls, take messages, and routing correspondence.
Be familiar with internal office stationary management processes and filing systems.
Experience overseeing budgets and expenses.
Required knowledge and skills :
High level verbal and written communication skills in English and Vietnamese.
Strong interpersonal and communication, time-management and data analysis skills.
The ability to organize and coordinate multiple projects and to think proactively and prioritize works.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint ), strong power point skill is a must, and other office productivity tools, such as MS Visio, Project Management and Adobe photoshop will be a plus, with aptitude to learn new software and systems.

Able to learn concepts and processes quickly.
Maintain composure under pressure and proactively handle complex problems with minimal supervision as well as a meticulous attention to details.
