  • Approach new potential clients and explore new business potential (B2B)
  • Respond to and follow up sales enquiries.
  • Actively work with internal teams to develop proposals and presentations.
  • Develop sustainable and long-term business relationships with key clients, owner's reps.
  • Actively participate and assist with client identification, qualifications and pursuit processes
  • Develop and maintain a network of contacts and contact information within and outside of the company.
  • Responsible for preparing and managing an annual business development budget.
  • Review contract terms & conditions.

  • Ideally minimum 1 year of work experience working within a dynamic organisation in a business to business sales capacity
  • Previous experience working within advertising also advantageous but not essential.
  • Ability and confidence to communicate effectively and interact at all levels.
  • Strong motivation and drive to succeed to maximum potential.
  • Innovative and creative with a natural curiosity to hunt for new business opportunities.
  • Competitive personality who enjoys beating the competition.
  • Works well under constant pressure
  • Attention to detail - good organisational skills
  • Team Player but also able to work independently
