Responsible for planning and implementing product marketing initiatives that ensure Prudential product competitive edges in the market, adequate product portfolio understanding by the sales force and product salability.

This role will also help identify business opportunities for our product within the Life insurance market and work with cross functional for system implementation.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis on a regular basis to arrive at new product ideas that meet customers’ needs, sales force’s expectations and fit the company’s business strategy.
  • Propose and implement marketing plan for new and existing products, including product proposition, communication and promotion campaign to deliver target growth of product portfolio.
  • Work with creative agencies to develop highly responsive and engaging consumer communications. This includes product name, key visual, media concept for new products and packages.
  • Develop product marketing materials including brochures, leaflets, quotation formats and other product communication related materials in a way that company products are well perceived by internal and external customers.
  • Organize new product training to trainers / sales managers (ADs) and product launching to the market and agency force.
  • Partner with Marketing team to develop product related sale tools such as sales presenting materials, GP slides etc.
  • Evaluate the marketing performance of products, including product proposition, product communication and marketing materials and take actions in due course.
  • Plan for Day 2 items and work with relevant department for system implementation.
  • Control and manage timeline of Day 2 project, report the process as schedule
  • Key Success Factors :

    Graduate in Business Administration with minimum of 2 - 4 year’ experience in developing / marketing life insurance or (non)financial / banking products.

    Experiences in life insurance sales / training are preferred.

    Knowledge and skill set :

  • Understanding of Life Insurance distribution channels, Sales, Customers, Training, Operations, etc
  • Project management skill
  • Presentation and communication skills
  • Good writing skill
  • Creative thinking with good analytical skills
  • Good command of English and MS software packages (WORD, EXCEL, POWERPOINT etc)
