Job Description

1. To manage C&B strategy and monitor the execution nationwide, including

  • To design and implement all compensation-related policies
  • To collect and analyze data (internal and external) related to salary benchmarking and to suggest strategies and action plans to adhere to the compensation philosophy.
  • Evaluate the current compensation and benefits programs to ensure all benefits meet company and employee needs, develop and implement new programs as needed

  • To manage the compensation and benefits budget by quarterly analysis of variances if any
  • To evaluate all current and new jobs and assign appropriate grades to the job for effective talent and compensation management person / position-wise, formulate the effective job grading system
  • To design the annual merit increase matrix in alignment with business and functional heads, to ensure that the company is externally competitive and internally equitable, administer the disbursement of annual increment to associates
  • To design and manage the variable incentive plans and other benefits programs for wealth creation and talent retention
  • To regularly review and enhance the effectiveness of the company’s compensation and benefits package (in promotion and job movement cases), to attract and retain high potential talents.
  • To manage and negotiate with brokers and third-party solution providers.
  • To prepare statistical data and reports concerning benefits / compensation activities, programs, or results. Ensure monthly, quarterly, and annual reports are developed in an effective and timely manner.
  • Assess report findings and make recommendations to management as needed.

    2. Support the development of special projects, as assigned e.g. Compensation Module SF, Local JG to KO JG, etc.

    3. Lead all global and local HR reporting and analytics as routine and as required

    4. In conjunction with related partners to manage and update HR SOPs, policies, and procedures

    Job Requirements

  • University / Bachelor’s Degree
  • Analytical Skills : Securing relevant information and identifying key issues and relationships from a base of information;
  • relating and comparing data from different sources; identifying cause-effect relationships.

  • Consulting others : Provide timely, specific guidance, advice and feedback to help groups, managers and others’ make informed committed decisions that will lead to sustainable impact.
  • Budget Administration : Monitors and reconciles budgets; tracks expenses, ensures accuracy, and accounts for variances;
  • ensures compliance with the Company’s regulations and COBC

  • Attention to detail : Accomplishing tasks by considering all areas involved, no matter how small; showing concern for all aspects of the job;
  • accurately checking processes and tasks; being watchful over a period of time.

  • Savvy of law, policies, and procedures : Knowledge of the Labour Law and Local Tax Law, policies and procedures of the organization;
  • uses this knowledge effectively in planning, problem-solving and accomplishing tasks and assignments.

  • Compensation & Benefit : Managing the design and administration of fair and equitable compensation & benefit systems that serve to attract, motivate, retain, and satisfy the diversity of associates representative of all levels of the organization
  • Job Evaluation : systematically determining the relative worth of jobs to create a job structure for the organization based on a combination of job content, skills required, value to the organization, organization culture and the external market.
