Duties may include but not limited to :
Manage and oversee all aspects of the Cage operations including Front window gaming operations, as well as Cage support functions-
Main Banks, Chips Banks (Fill Banks), VIP Junket, Premium Player, Soft Count, Marker Bank and Team Member Banks.
Determine the optimum level of bankroll and casino currencies that the Cage must maintain to efficiently sustain operations.
Ensure the departments policies and procedures are consistent and compliant with the Government Internal Control Requirements, the Company’s Internal Control Standards and local Laws, regulations and instructions.
Ensure the department’s compliance with Anti Money Laundering and reporting controls and standards.
Oversee the confidentiality of gaming records that the Cage department maintains.
Determine and monitor manpower requirements for optimal performance to meet business demands.
Ensure exceptions, variances, issues, policy deviations identified are reviewed and appropriately addressed.
Positively contribute in project planning, rollout and implementation, especially those projects that span across various casino departments.
Review Team Members cross training plan to ensure development, coaching and the skills required for individuals and operations has been met.
Ensure all chip movement / accountability is processed according to approval process.
Ensure adequate training programs are formulated and implemented for all Cage positions.
Ensure scheduling is performed fairly and equitably in all Cage areas and that rosters are developed to compliment business demand.
Evaluate and provide guidance and feedback to direct reports and other Cage Team Members to maintain and enhance operations of the Cage department.

Minimum College or Bachelor’s Degree or in related field or equivalent work experience in Cage operations management.
Preferably 8 - 10 years of industry experience in Cage operations management providing overall direction, implementation and continuous improvement.
Ability to improve Cage efficiency in an aim to reduce unnecessary working processes, over production, over motion, time waste and improve Team Member work environment.
Ability to identify, develop, support and train prospective Team Members for advancement to ensure quality assurance, integrity and sound work ethic is being practiced and maintained.
Minimum 5 - 8 years of experience in a managerial capacity.
