Operation & Process
Co-ordinate with Omni Channel teams at Stores in daily operation to achieve Omni Channels Target on Sales.
Visit store frequently to strongly understand all current process of Omni Channels and provide improvement ideas.
Support stores in implementation any new features to strengthen daily operation or launching new channel.
Record and respond to end user request regarding system operation product.
Manage operation equipment.
Other task assigned.
Periodic report for Operation of Omni Channel Team at stores.
Report on progress of new system deployment.
Planing & Project
Support line manager in initial planning for all new strategies for Omni Channels Business.
Be a key member for Project team of Omni Channels.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Education : Bachelor
Experience : 3 years. Preferable experience in Retail / E-commerce company
Have experience in operations at stores (hyper market, super market) is a plus.
Good understanding in operations across departments (Front and back offices).
Bachelor degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or relevant majors.
Strong analytical skills with an emphasis on data-driven decision making.
Demonstrated progress management and planning skills.
Critical thinking and problem solving skills.
Excellent management, communication and presentation skills.
Social & relationship skills : good interpersonal skill, work well independentl.
Language : Good English
Computers skills : Microsoft Office (especially MS Excel), Google Sheets.
Attitude : Honesty, high responsibility
