French (Working level)
Essential and optional requirements
3 years experience in the same position; preferably current ADFB in Luxury Hotels segmentation
English, French is a plus
To ensure and oversee that all the Food & Beverage outlets are up to the standards.
To satisfy the quality, the guest experience, the employee satisfaction and the financial performance of the Food and Beverage department.
To assist the Director of Food & Beverage to lead the overall operation of the Food & Beverage department in the Hotel.
Assist the DFB to monitor inventories, budget and cost related to food and beverage
Observe service, analyze areas of improvement and suggest solutions to DFB
Work closely with Marketing & Communications and Graphic Designer for all advertising and communication collaterals
Work Closely with The culinary Team and sales team to ensure the right execution of the operations
Ensure proper manning according to the hotel activities
Develop trainings in accordance to the operational needs
Establish effective employee relations and maintains the highest level of professionalism, ethic and attitude towards all hotel guests, clients, heads of department and employees
Ensure full guest satisfaction at all time, develop customer loyalty and recognition
Ensure full implementation of the Sofitel brand standards (Wine program, F&B rituals )
Ensure excellent and efficient communication within the team as well as with other departments
Report directly to the Director of Food & Beverage
