Mô tả công việc

  • Purpose
  • Through the management of categories within TT South region, to develop & implement the brand, category, channel strategies and annual POP objectives in order to deliver agreed levels of sales, trade expense and contribution profit
  • Strategy Development & Business Planning
  • Participate in the development of Channel strategy and POP strategy
  • Responsible in the development of Annual POP Plan, POP monthly cycle plan and Sales and expenses forecast
  • Operation Management
  • Responsible to communicate and execute Monthly POP plan for Merries in South
  • Drive the team in delivering monthly POP plan
  • Responsible in the preparation and presentation of monthly POP activity performance report.
  • Participate in the presention of Distributor / Customer Business plan and reviews.
  • Communication
  • Ensure clear and timely communication of all business related matter with Marketing, BP and Sales team
  • Sales Monitoring and Evaluation & Financial Management
  • Conduct in - store monitoring of POP activities implementation
  • Responsible in managing sales target achievement and POP activity target achievement
  • Responsible in the evaluation of promotional activities
  • Responsible in the management of Trade expense and Contribution Profit
  • Standing Meeting
  • Participate in sales forecast meeting, promotion meeting, Selling Program, Marketing and Sales
  • Participate in HCM direct sales / Huong Thuy / SnB meeting
  • Other assignments from the direct supervisor
  • Replace Assistant Manager in some specific assignment in his / her absence
  • Replaced by Assistant Manager in specific assignments during the job holder's absence.
  • Yêu cầu công việc

  • Education : University degree (prefer Business or Marketing)
  • Job - related experience : At least 1 years experience in a Trade Planning Management or sales management
  • Specific knowledge : Shopper insight, customer understanding
  • Business understanding : Knowledge in a FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods Industry)
  • Other requirements : Proven interpersonal communication qualities (in English & Vietnamese).
