PURPOSE The role is to formulate and implement local country and Group strategies on people and organization development including Learning and Development (L&D), talent development, employee engagement and employer branding.
KEY ACCOUNTAIBILITIES Work closely with CHRO to build and review country people strategy to support short-term and long-term company strategic priorities Develop and review local L&D framework, strategy and all related guidelines Design and facilitate key local L&D programs including workshops for Senior Management Team (SMT) Execute Group OD strategies and related initiatives / activities such as L&D, Talent Management, Employee Engagement (Gallup), Employer Branding, OHI Executive Group Wellbeing strategy and design tailored country activities Plan, implement and do follow-up for yearly purposeful engagement activities.
Plan, execute and monitor Employer branding activities. Ensure the approved budget is within and maximise to bring the best service to employees.
Other tasks as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE Bachelor degree, MBA is preferable Minimum 10 years of working experiences in multinational companies with at least 5 years in L&D and 3 years of Employee Engagement Experience of Employer Branding Minimum 3-year experience in people management KNOWLEDGE & TECHNICAL SKILLS Knowledge of L&D Knowledge of employee engagement (Gallup experience is a plus Training design and delivery skills Excellent verbal and written communication skill (both in English and Vietnamese) Good facilitation skills Good Planning skills
