Research and draft legal advice;

Research and prepare legal documents;

Participate in consulting and meeting with clients;

Translate legal documents and other documents;

Have a good relationship with clients, representatives of State Authorities;

Update monthly legal documents;

Corporate with law firms to follow up and complete in target task

Store legal files and documents;

Submit and follow up with the submission of application dossiers, legal documents related to licensing field;

To arrange, prepare documents for management board meetings, office meetings, and to make meeting minutes.

To translate, filing and assist other Secretarial tasks

Yêu cầu công việc

Knowledge in law (Industrial & Corporate).

Fluent in English (both spoken and written)

Be dynamic, creative and responsible

Be able to analyse critically and logically

Be able to work independently and under pressure

Have presentation & consulting skills.

Expert in using computer literature : Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet

Outlook Express

Have at least 03 year experience in the same position.
