Incharge recruitment for Restaurants with team size from 3 - 5 recruiters.
Receive Requisition and process posting jobs (internal & external channels), screening candidates for the 1st interview and process interview with Hiring managers.
Work closely with Hiring Manager to develop job descriptions and announcements, post advertisements in a variety of newspapers, list-
serves, trade publications, networks, etc.
Responsibility for the offer process including negotiating offers with candidates.
Complete reference check and background checks on selected candidates, as requested.
Follow up and execute Hiring Plan break by month / quater / year.
Develop and maintain effective network of recruiters, contacts and candidates via proactive use of social media (Facebook, LinkedIn, etc)
Participate in company's events and HR activities.
Treking and analyst data, recruitment report weekly / monthly / yearly & ad-hoc report.
Yêu cầu công việc
Bachelor’s degree, or relevant equivalent experience plus a minimum of 03 years related mass & professional experience in Hospitality / Retails / CVS etc
Good knowledge of HR and employment laws is strongly preferred
Cross-cultural sensitivity, knowledge of and ability to work with people of diverse backgrounds
Good oral and written communication and representational skills
