1.Responsiblefor the test and measurement business in the assigned territory.
2.Formulateand implement market segment & territory sales plan to achieve the growthtarget.
3.Driveaction plan to develop new market and penetrate new account.
4.Establishstrategic partnerships with government organizations, research institutions,universities and key accounts.
5. Coordinatewith business unit and marketing team in new product launch and pursueopportunities in emerging technologies.
6.Drivecontinuous improvement in the selling process like planning, forecasting and productivity.
l Job requirements (education or experience andskills required to be able to perform this job)
1.Degree in Electronic / Electrical Engineering orequivalent.
2.Minimum 3 years of technical sales experience inthe test and measurement market.
3.Preferably with some channel management or businessdevelopment experience.
4.Highly-motivated and success-driven.
5.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
6.Fluent in English.
