    Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for Ninja Van’s brand and positioning in the market
  • Ensuring that all owned touchpoints are appropriately and sufficiently branded according to branding guidelines.
  • Being responsible for brand management and trademark identity
  • Planning and conducting suitable online and offline marketing campaigns with a budget
  • Oversee the creation and publication of all marketing material (POSM, leaflets, etc.) in line with marketing plans.
  • Take charge of shipper support and ensure timely responses to customer queries and feedback
  • Requirement

  • At least 5 years of brand marketing experience
  • Self-starter with good initiative, and persistence to see us through this challengeInterest in e-commerce, high growth startup
  • Experience with brand health tracker tools
  • A university education in Marketing, branding, communications, advertising, or similar
  • Excellent communicator (both written & verbal) and creative thinker, with an ability to use data to inform all decisionsCritical thinking, good presentation skills
  • Good at data analysis or data visualization is a plus
