Key accountabilities :

Sales and Operations

Drive sales targets for retail to achieve monthly and yearly sales target

Develop policies and procedures for store operations

Managing and motivating sales staff to increase sales and efficiency

Reviewing staff performance and providing mentoring and coaching

Establish relationship with customers

Manage overall roster with all store in charges, relieve the store managers of roster managing at overview level

Update sales staff, reinforcing and resolving day to day operational issues urgently

Initiate changes to operations to improve businesses with close monitoring on daily business trend

Be a counselling peer to retail staff

Resolve customers’ complains and problems

Be in charge of repairs and salvaging damaged products as a form of inventory control

Participate to the HR activities such as hiring, assessment and termination of retail staff

Develop quality sales staff in all boutiques through upgrading and intensive training of sales staff

Coordinate with visual merchandising team in developing and training PVS.

Requirements : With a minimum of 2 years’ experience in similar capacity.
