Assist HRM to recruit local staff (contract staff, casual staff and trainees) : draft job advertisement and post recruitment information, shortlist applicants’ CVs, organize English Test for applicants, arrange interview.
Proceed employment procedures for successful applicants : send them to medical checkup, prepare salary offer, labor contract / agreement and other documents.
Arrange time for new comers to try uniform, prepare nametag and ID cards and locker keys, issue necessary documents as staff hand book, detail benefit information and collect required documents from new comers who have to submit them to HR before join hotel.
Assist HRM to conduct Orientation training for new comers
Policies and procedures
Provide information for all employees understand completely the hotel rules and regulations and these policies are strictly adhered to.
Provide updated information on monthly annual leave records for all department heads
Inform staff contract expiration and prepare their appraisal forms to all Department Heads well in advance. Get feedback and prepare labour contracts for staff accordingly (monthly).
Prepare other personnel documents for Department Heads and staff such as : personnel adjustment forms, employment certificates, staff details.
and submit to concern department heads, HRM, FC, GM for signature.
Update annual evaluation record and prepare performance appraisal policies forms and make report
Compensation and benefit
Follow up approved documents to get staff signature after that keep in concern files.
Follow up to prepare necessary documents for compensation payment with concern Insurance Company as workman insurance.
Assist HRM on organizing hotel employees’ activities (make presentation slides and poster, support concern others if required ), staff party (prepare lucky draw, calculate and issue drink coupons, support to performance and take photograph and concern others.
Staff birthday (take photograph) to enhance hotel working environment and motivate staff performance.
Issues locker key if required. Spot check shoe lockers and personal lockers to repairing and unscheduled inspection
Report and filing
Provide update lists of new-hired, leaving staff and update employees.
Update the monthly personal insurance for casual staff to submit Bao Viet insurance.
Responsible for maintaining and up-date staff details in computer filing system, that includes staff joining and termination, annual leave records, contract expiration dates, salary adjustment...
Perform other duties out of the normal routine if so required.
