Essential and optional requirements

  • A strong understanding of operational controls, budgeting, forecasting, menu engineering, sales, and marketing
  • Ability and passion to train and develop team members
  • High levels of professional business written and spoken English
  • Previous relevant experience in luxury hospitality
  • Management Experience in working in an international environment
  • Team player, outgoing personality, excellent organizational skills, innovative, creative and pro-active
  • Key tasks

  • Organize, motivate, control and handling of staff as well as supplies and contractors, training staff
  • Monthly report according to company policy, all utilities consumption
  • Handling planet 21 project, handling safety committee, monthly meeting for energy and environmental conservation committee.
  • Trouble shooting operation, repair, built-up, maintenance of mechanical, electrical service and general building.
  • To in charge the daily operation, repair and maintenance of the engineering division.
  • Ensure compliance with international, national, provincial and local hygiene, health, safety Laws and Regulations
