The manager of Brand Marketing and Content is the owner of the brand equity in the market.
Content Development and Management :
Define the local / market omni-channel content strategy and brand building approach
Create locally relevant and enduring brand communications and content, while applying global best practices in local content development
Develop, own and manage the execution of the market brand communication plan and editorial calendar
Continuously assess and monitor brand and product communications effectiveness (content, events, etc.) to optimize awareness, acquisition and retention, and NPS
Manage external marketing agencies, suppliers, and partnerships Event and Consumer Activation :
Identify key opportunities for local campaigns not included in the global marketing calendar - based on expertise and knowledge of the local trends and business environment
Create and organize impactful events to build and strengthen brand equity and drive brand awareness
Participate in the Marketing and Digital leadership team governance, and in commercial programs, projects, and initiatives by providing expertise on brand and content development (from idea generation to omnichannel execution) REQUIREMENTS
Expertise : at least 5-7 years of experience
Content creation, localization, and management
Integrated marketing communications planning
Brand Strategy and Positioning
Portfolio Strategy and management
Solid understanding of trade channels and digital engagement
Solid experience in 3rd party management : agencies, customer service
Understanding of Business & Financial Acumen, Consumer Knowledge, Insights & Analytics into Action.
