OBJECTIVES OF THE POSITION
Develop brand and campaign plans in related non-rice crops (mainly row crops, corn, sugarcane, coffee, pepper, fruits and vegetables) to support the sales team to deliver the annual sales and profit targets, using the own expertise of target crop on crop agronomics, crop protection and other market inputs.
MAIN AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND KEY ACTIVITIES
Develop mid-term brand strategies aligned with country crop implementation plans and roadmap aimed at meeting needs of key farmers and support the development and expansion of the brand in mid-term.
Guide sales team to implement brand campaigns relative to brand strategies to achieve short term financial targets
Lead demand creation and channel marketing by creating ASP (Advertising / Sales / Promotion) budget and manage it to maximize the impact on generating sales for focused brands.
Be responsible for pricing, programs and rebates to maximize profitability for key brands while delivering on brand growth targets
Be responsible for annual budget preparation and implementation including demand forecasts via active participation in country S&OP
Lead cross functional teams to successfully plan for new product launches at least 18 months prior to launch
Support the supervisor in the development of the 10 Year-forecast in Amiga, Galaxy system for own brands, including identification and proposal of new ideas for LCM (Life-Cycle Management) projects
