RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manages full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, compensation & benefits, payroll, learning & development and employee engagement Develops and implements HR and Administration policies and processes for all staff, in accordance with Vietnam Labour Code;
  • Develops and implements compensation strategies and structures that align with company goals and ensures the provisions of cost effective benefits plan;
  • Review and recommend compensation and benefits program to attract and retain talent;
  • Deploy periodic assessment of departmental / staff objectives to evaluate effectiveness and suitability;
  • Develops and implements training and development initiatives to address current capabilities and future training needs, including on-the-job operational training, department special training, management development, new hire orientation and on boarding;
  • Ensure that all employee relations issues are properly identified, reported & resolved;
  • Review organizational structures for effective deployment of resources; Build company culture; planning of annual manpower budget;
  • Plans, develops, implements and administers programs, procedures, and guidelines to help align staff with the strategic goals of the company and leads the implementation of a performance management system;
  • Ensure smooth running of all administrative functions in the company;
  • Supervise all travel and hotel arrangements for staff and visitors, including visas and work permits as applicable;
  • Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints;
  • Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation;
  • Oversee facilities services (IT, office management ), maintenance activities and tradespersons (e.g electricians, IT staffs, cleaning service );
  • Organize and supervise other office activities (yearly company events ).

    REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 10 year working experience in HR & Admin;
  • Has working experience in MNCs;
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English;
  • Ability to effectively prioritise and manage multiple projects and responsibilities;
  • Well versed with Vietnam labour law and best practices;
  • Good experience in KPI system;
  • Good advisor with open, flexible and business-sense. Able to work independently and responsibly with minimal supervision.
