Provide any general administrative assistance to Sales Director
Be responsible for creating / adjusting / implementing and maintaining Standard Operation Procedures / administrative systems of Sales Department as well as office facilities
Coordinate & support Line Managers for building up / adjusting / maintaining sales personnel system. Act as the window between HR department and Sales Department to control as well as to keep track of relevant HR-related documents
Assisting Sales Director in preparing / implementing general operational strategies in both internal and external and suggesting solutions for any problems in sales department in order to improve organization’s operational performance (if required)
Better follow up with teams’ line managers for any requirements by Sales Director in the most effective way to make sure the sales team keep deadline, work smoothly and effectively
Responsible for checking all commercial sales contract of nationwide and make sure all information is correct and appropriate before submitting it to Sales Director
Accessing into the company’s data system to complete needed sales reports as required
Represents / on behalf of Sales Director on communicating with all departments in the company and particularly follows up on the compliance of all department as the company procedures.
Liaise with other departments / sections externally / internally regarding to sales department / section issues and provide supports to make sure the sales operation run smoothly under Sales Director’s guide.
Be willing to stay back after office working hours to complete her daily duties as well as any other sudden assignments required by Sales Director when needed.
Responsible for other assignments as required.

University degree or above (Business Administration or English is preferred)
At least 3 years experience at the same position in FMCG company. Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
Software skills : Microsoft Office, understanding of internet
Spoken & written English (fluent level required)
Strong communication and interpersonal skill
Strong problem solving skill.
Time and task management skill.
Good organizational, research and secretarial skills
Careful and service-minded, open-minded, dynamic, pro-active character.
