I BJC Vietnam, this HR & Administration Manager is a pivotal management position within the country senior leadership team.
You will lead a small group of HR specialists and executives by providing a holistic and systematic HR service, to facilitate and enable the business to continue to evolve and develop into the next phase of growth.
Your challenge begins internally at both strategic and operational level, as you drive to empower our employees from a range of HR initiatives, for example, HR policy development & process optimisation, succession and workforce planning and talent management.
You and your team members will offer the best practice and a seamless / positive experience to a mix of white and blue collar workforce, across their entire employee lifecycle-
L&D, reward & recognition, culture transformation, change management, employee engagement and development as well as employee relations.
Partnering with the business as a subject matter expert, you will also lead the team to provide advice around employee compensation and benefits, interpretation on industrial legislative regulations, as well as on performance management and appraisals.
Please note you will be based in Ho Chi Minh City office on Mondays and Fridays and work from the plant (My Xuan A, Ba Ria Vung Tau) from Tuesdays to Thursdays or as required by the business.
About you : You will be a successful HR Manager who has worked in a complex and challenging corporate & manufacturing environment in the past.
You will build trusted relationships with senior leaders and your client groups, and be seasoned in dealing with internal stakeholders preferably from a Joint Venture business.
This is a strategic as well as an operational focused HR position, therefore, you will enjoy administrative side of things but also be able to see the big picture with a vision to lead an effective team.
You will have a positive thinking and are able to thrive in a fast paced, ever changing environment. Knowledge and expertise of HR best practice would be highly sought after as well as a great style of interpersonal communications in English and Vietnamese.
