Job Summary (Role Summary)
Implements marketing activities to generate product awareness and brand identity through online & offline channels; Manage marketing administration work;
and Supervise photo shooting / video shooting at the resort.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Key Activities of the role)
Understand resort facilities & services
Understand Accor corporate guideline & photography guideline
Supervise photo shooting / video shooting supplier throughout their execution at our resort; working with other operation teams for pre-production arrangement
Produce content (copywriting, photo, video) for Marketing usage, under manager’s supervision and guidance
Execute daily tasks following the Marketing plan
Coordinate between graphic designer & other departments to design artworks required for offline / online advertisements
Collect media clippings on a monthly basis
Be responsible for Marketing admin tasks
Any other duties assigned by MarCom Manager and resort management
Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and suppliers
Marketing / Communication and Digital savvy .
Proficient in the use of Microsoft programs. Proficiency / Understanding of Photography, Videography, Photoshop, Lightroom and Illustrator is a plus but not mandatory.
Good communications skills
Adequate writing & spoken skills in Vietnamese and English. Any other language is a plus but not mandatory
Eager to learn and develop. Experience in the hospitality industry / Marketing field is a plus.
Diploma or Vocational Certificate in Marketing communication, advertisement, brand management or related field preferred.
1 year experience in marketing communication functions
