Assist in administration activities in HCMC head office and Rep Offices.
Handle payment all issued cost include : stationery, drinking water, car rental, parking fee
Manage and delivery stationery for employee at head office and branches
Oder stamp, name card, ID card
Organize New year eve party, Birthday party or Company parties / activities
Find supplier and handle purchasing something related to Admin
Be responsible for office management and working with the vendors for all relevant tasks of Admin works.
Record and file all contracts between company and vendors, suppliers, all company official document.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
1-2 experience years at the same position.
College or University degree.
Proficiency in computer, internet skill.
Can communicate in English.
High sense of responsibility in working, honesty, carefully, planning
Communication with calm, effectively, out-going, sense of humor, friendly and open-minded
Be able to work under high pressure.
Age : 22 - 25 years old
