  • Assist in administration activities in HCMC head office and Rep Offices.
  • Handle payment all issued cost include : stationery, drinking water, car rental, parking fee
  • Manage and delivery stationery for employee at head office and branches
  • Oder stamp, name card, ID card
  • Organize New year eve party, Birthday party or Company parties / activities
  • Find supplier and handle purchasing something related to Admin
  • Be responsible for office management and working with the vendors for all relevant tasks of Admin works.
  • Record and file all contracts between company and vendors, suppliers, all company official document.
  • Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • 1-2 experience years at the same position.
  • College or University degree.
  • Proficiency in computer, internet skill.
  • Can communicate in English.
  • High sense of responsibility in working, honesty, carefully, planning
  • Communication with calm, effectively, out-going, sense of humor, friendly and open-minded
  • Be able to work under high pressure.
  • Age : 22 - 25 years old

    At MAFC, we work 5 days per week (from 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 30 PM, Monday to Friday) & offers 15 days of Annual leave.
